The Start

2009. No idea what I was doing.

Jonathan Day walked into a gym in 2009 with no plan and no coach — just the vague idea that he wanted to be bigger and stronger. What followed was 15+ years of trial, error, and obsessive refinement.

The System

Powerbuilding: strength + size.

Most people pick one — compete in powerlifting and sacrifice aesthetics, or train for bodybuilding and stop caring about strength. Powerbuilding is the refusal to choose.

Jonathan built a system that develops maximal strength on the Big 3 while driving hypertrophy in the right places — and he's been refining it ever since.

The Channel

Document everything.

In 2022, Jonathan started posting on TikTok as @brojonbeast — sharing training clips, form breakdowns, and behind-the-scenes content from real gym sessions.

As a media director, he brought a creator's eye to fitness content — better camera work, cleaner edits, more intentional hooks — and started teaching what he knew about both training and content creation.

The Mission
